Introduction & Usage of Specialty Trusts: IDGTs, GRATs, CLATs, QPRTs, CRTs
This training will provide an overview of trusts commonly used in estate and gift planning today. The training will explore the advantages and disadvantages of various planning techniques using examples to highlight the impact of utilizing efficient tax planning to efficiently transfer wealth as well as full charitable giving.
Tyler has practiced public accounting since 1996, helping domestic and global individuals and business owners with taxation, planning & compliance services around wealth, income, estate and gift and charitable giving. In particular, he has strong expertise in managing income tax issues for private flow-through entities, family groups, executives, and high net worth owners and multigenerational estate and gift planning. He is experienced across industries, including agribusiness, real estate, and construction.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Tyler spent 20 years at a Big Four firm.
