Collaboration Workshop
Please join us for the Northwest Washington Estate Planning Councils September membership meeting aboard the San Juan Cruises, Salish Express.
This month we will be hosting a collaborative workshop. We plan to have individuals at each table representing the legal, accounting, financial investment, charitable, and life insurance fields. Each table will be given the same basic fact scenario for an estate planning client. The goal of this program is to have each table discuss what they would or would not do to assist the clients in creating their estate plan. This will allow the participants to learn from each other that multiple tools are available to resolve the estate planning issues of the clients and due to our individual professions, we might be more inclined to use particular tools to resolve the issues.

The core value of the NAEPC is that the team concept of estate planning best serves the client. At this meeting we will explore how we each can improve our client services through effective collaboration with other professionals.
